YOUR PURPOSE DOES NOT exist independently of you.
It is not some abstract concept sitting up in the sky. Your purpose is as close to you as your own DNA. It has been sitting dormant within you since the day of your birth. It is my prayer that through this season of prayer and listening for God's voice, we will each get closer to walking in our true god-given purpose. The reason so many people struggle to find their purpose is because they think it is something they have to chase after. We’ve made purpose just like everything else in the world by convincing ourselves you have to buy it, earn it, become worthy of attaining it. But that’s not how purpose works.
You don’t find your purpose; your purpose finds you. As you go through life, as you experience moments of joy and pain, as you make great decisions and horrible mistakes, your purpose comes to meet the unique circumstances of your life. Everything that you’ve been through has prepared you to meet your purpose at the right time and in the right place.
