Dear Heavenly Father,
You know what I am capable of and every skill I have been blessed to achieve in order to perform my job well. I am a loyal employee and really want this supervisor promotion. I am ready for the obstacle this promotion my bring forth. I will work hard, be fair, honest and diligent in prayer upon major decision situations.
Lord, Father God, I have a desire and I am asking you to please bless me with this promotion. Your word says, ASK AND YOU SHALL RECEIVE. You are the ultimate decider/promoter. So, I again ask…Please help my Human resource, directors and current Operations staff to see that I am not only qualified , but that I am ready and the perfect person for the position.
