As you fight your spiritual battle, here are some things you can do to stay on course:
Know the promises of God: The Bible is filled with so many promises of God. When you are met with doubt or depression, remember the promises that are laid out in the Scriptures. God never slacks on God’s promises. They are for you.
Pray for Strength and not Protection: Everything that the enemy has placed in your path can be overcome with the help of Jesus. Even Jesus had to go to the cross to be resurrected. Ask God for strength in the battle so that once you win, you are stronger than ever and ready to fight the next battle of the Spirit.
Get a Prayer Partner: Sometimes, we grow weak in the battle. And in those weak moments, we are most vulnerable for the tools of the enemy to be successful. Get a partner who can journey with you and can pray for and with you when you are weak, until you gain the strength to fight on.
