Eternal God, I’m so grateful for your hedge of protection around me, that though the enemy strikes a blow You allow me to rise up. I thank you standing with me in the midst of danger. As I go on with my day, help me to overcome those who attempt to defeat me. Just as you raised Jesus from death’s grip, allow me to rise from my distress.
