Dear God,

As I prepare to walk into the fullness of what this new year has to offer, help me to know that my body, mind, and soul are temples for your glory
I choose today, O God, to protect and nurture myself from overwork, stress, procrastination, and negative energy
Thank you for making me into the beauty of Your holiness
Now, I let this prayer seal my conviction that I will hold fast to taking care of myself so that ultimately, I will be a blessing to Your people, O God, and continue to work in building Your Kingdom
