If we are to be honest with ourselves we deal with crisis each and every day our lives. We often find ourselves in positions of intense difficulty and challenges that shake us at our core and we sometimes question if we are ever going to come out and will we find victory in midst of the storm. But God's word give us a beacon of hope in learning how to handle, deal with and face our crisis.
Jesus teaches us that in the midst of a crisis we can't allow ourselves to become rattled and become so easily discouraged and I know you're probably thinking that; that is easier said than done, even in the midst of our given political and social climate that we face each day. But the sermons teaches us that even in face of the crisis, let your faith stand tall and strong and let your actions speak for you.
When everyone else is worried and dismayed and speaking negative, let your faith and actions speak volumes about how you're facing your crisis. The last thing this sermon teaches us, that even in the midst of crisis, you have to remember who you are and don't let it change who you are. Don't let the storm crisis and challenges keep you from your promise!
