As Christians, we can see in the ministry of Jesus the constant threat of spiritual violence. No matter where he turned, he was met either by resistance, deceit, or doubt, all with the goal of destruction. The enemy seeks not to build and heal, but to steal, kill and destroy. What will keep you from achieving your God-given purpose is not people, but the enemy working through those people to create roadblocks in your way. Often times, they do not even know they are being used by those evil spirits.
Even more, sometimes the enemy can creep into your spirit and attack you from within. Thoughts of depression, anxiety, confusion and chaos are all products of the work of the enemy to cause you to detour from the plan God has for your life. In order to survive, sometimes, we need stay close to the Word of God and speak the promises of God to those thoughts or people who may try to distract you from the prize. As you fight your spiritual battle, here are some things you can do to stay on course:
